Verification of Emission Reports and Requests for Allocation of
Allowances:
We verify for our clients both emission reports according to
§ 5 (1) TEHG as well as request for the allocation of allowances
according to § 10 TEHG.
Since 2004 we conducted the verification of more than 360 emission reports
and requests for the allocation of allowances for different industries.
Dr. Arthur Pelchen was publicly appointed expert for verification in
emissions trading until June 2019 and for verification of aircraft emissions
until August 2015 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Berlin.
Because of the changed accreditaton requirements Dr. Arthur Pelchen
offers this service starting with the verification of the emission
reports for the year 2013 in co-operation with and under the
accreditation of the Müller-BBM
Cert GmbH (only in German).
